Discover natural and herbal strategies and recipes for improving your health, supporting a healing process and living a less toxic, more vibrant life.  Open the door to caring for yourself with herbs, supplements and healing foods.  Class will include an introduction to self-awareness of the body through the ancient healing traditions of Chinese medicine and Indian medicine, known as Ayurveda.  We ask:  Who are you?  Are you generally Hot? Cold? Dry? Oily? Achy? Anxious? Itchy? Tired? Have stomach troubles? Melancholic? Prone to certain kinds of sicknesses?  Learn how to identify your own constitutional makeup and keep yourself in balance using simple, inexpensive and easy-to-find natural remedies.  We will lovingly take aspects of our health into our own hands and explore the true meaning of healing.
